Independent Consulting Arborists by design. Call/Text (805) 325-5441  |  contact@arborsolutions.pro

Tree & Landscape decisions are hard. We make them easier.

Sometimes you just need clear answers before you make the next decision. We provide independent, on-site inspections and useful documentation from an ISA Certified Arborist. And because we don't perform tree work, our job is to help you understand what we find, what your options are, and what makes sense to do next.

Santa Barbara & San Luis Obispo Counties

Not every concern requires a formal report. We’ll help you find the right path forward.

We Inspect. We Diagnose. We Document.

Let’s look at the property before you make the decision.

A tree may look unsafe. A contractor may be recommending expensive work. An HOA, buyer, property manager, or insurance company may be asking for documentation.

Before you decide what happens next, it helps to have a clear picture of what is actually happening on the property.

ArborSolutions provides an independent on-site evaluation, documents what we observe, and explains the practical options so you can move forward with better information.

The Result: A clear, documented record of current conditions — and a better foundation for whatever decision comes next.

Let's Start Here

What situation are you dealing with?

My tree looks sick or unsafe

Decline, unusual symptoms, leaning, cracks, decay, deadwood, or storm damage can be difficult to judge from the ground.

We evaluate visible health and safety concerns, document what we find, and help you understand what to do next.

Tree Risk Assessments

I need an arborist report

Real estate transactions, cities, counties, HOAs, property managers, homeowners, and landowners may require a written arborist report.

Arborist Reports

You are dealing with the FAIR Plan

Your property may have changed. Your insurance file may not show it. We document current tree, vegetation, defensible-space, and site conditions.

FAIR Plan Property Documentation

An HOA needs documentation

Boards, managers, and residents may need a clear written record before work is approved or a property decision is made.

We provide an independent, field-verified record of current conditions and recommendations.

HOA Documentation

A contractor recommended expensive work

Before approving removal, major pruning, irrigation changes, or clearing, an independent second opinion can help clarify whether the work makes sense.

Second Opinions

Not sure where to start?

The Solution Engine™ helps point you toward the most practical starting place based on the concern in front of you.

Why Independence Matters

You get an opinion that is not tied to selling the work.

Our role is clearly defined: inspect the site, diagnose visible concerns, document what we find, and explain the practical options clearly.

When you have a clear record, the next conversation is easier. You can talk with contractors, board members, buyers, sellers, brokers, or property managers with better information in front of you.

Our independence matters a lot. We have no bias or financial interest in the outcome of our reports.

Questions

Simple answers before you call.

Do you sell tree work?

No. ArborSolutions is a consulting-only practice. We provide inspections, assessments, second opinions, and documentation. Pruning, removal, and landscape work are performed by others.

Do I need an arborist report or a tree risk assessment?

An arborist report is written documentation for a specific tree or property concern. A tree risk assessment focuses more directly on whether a tree may fail and what it could affect. If you are not sure which you need, contact us and describe your situation.

Can you help with FAIR Plan or insurance questions?

Yes. ArborSolutions can document visible tree, vegetation, defensible-space, and site conditions. We do not guarantee insurance approval, policy changes, or underwriting outcomes.

Can you help an HOA board document a tree or landscape issue?

Yes. ArborSolutions provides field-based documentation for HOA tree, landscape, risk, contractor audits, and health and safety concerns.

Can you give a second opinion before tree removal?

Yes. ArborSolutions provides independent second opinions before tree removal, major pruning, or expensive tree work is approved.

What areas do you serve?

ArborSolutions serves Santa Barbara County and San Luis Obispo County.
