The Difference

Advice Without
a Sales Agenda

Most tree companies make money by prescribing and performing the work. ArborSolutions is structured differently — we provide independent arborist guidance before costly, risky, or irreversible decisions are made.

“When the company doing the inspection is also selling the removal, the incentive to find problems is obvious. We eliminate that conflict entirely.”
Objective Recommendations

Guidance based on tree condition, site context, and ISA standards — not on generating work orders.

Legal & Defensible Documentation

Clear written findings for HOAs, disputes, due diligence, permitting, and property decisions.

Risk-Based Priorities

Recommendations organized by actual condition, target exposure, and urgency — not upsell potential.

No Contractor Incentives

No pruning sales, removal upsells, or work-driven recommendations shaping your assessment outcome.

FAQ

Questions We Hear Often

If something is stopping you from reaching out, the answer is probably here.

Still have questions? Let’s talk →

No. ArborSolutions is a consulting-only practice. We do not perform, sell, or subcontract any tree work. Our only product is objective guidance — which means our recommendations are never influenced by the prospect of work contracts.

When a tree company assesses your tree and also performs the work, there is a financial incentive to find — or overstate — problems. A consulting-only arborist has no such incentive. Our fee is for the assessment, not for generating work orders. You receive guidance you can trust.

Yes. We prepare professionally written arborist reports for HOA boards, property managers, city permitting, neighbor disputes, real estate due diligence, and other situations requiring formal documentation. All reports are grounded in ISA standards and ANSI A300.

Absolutely — this is one of the most common reasons clients reach out. Before committing to costly or irreversible work, an independent review can save significant money and prevent unnecessary tree loss. We assess actual tree condition and give you an objective perspective on any scope of work.

Yes. We work with individual homeowners, HOA boards, property managers, real estate professionals, and any property owner who needs objective, standards-based arborist guidance. Our model scales from a single tree to multi-property documentation packages.
